By accessing and using the Game Journal application (“App”), you (“User”) acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms or the Privacy Policy, you are not authorized to use this App.

Intellectual Property

The App, including but not limited to its content, graphics, user interface, audio and video clips, editorial materials, and software, contains proprietary information owned by the Developer and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No portion of the App may be reproduced, modified, rented, loaned, sold, or distributed in any form without explicit permission as provided in these Terms. You further grant the Developer a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use any suggestions, enhancements, recommendations, or feedback you or any other party provide regarding the App. The Developer reserves all rights not expressly granted herein.

Apple-related trademarks, including but not limited to the Apple logo, iTunes, App Store, and others, are trademarks or registered trademarks of Apple Inc. You are granted no rights or licenses with respect to these trademarks.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall the Developer, its partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

1. Your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the App;

2. Any conduct or content of any third party within the App;

3. Content obtained from the App;

The Developer does not control, monitor, or guarantee the accuracy, integrity, or quality of such content and will not be liable for any content made available by others that may be offensive, indecent, or objectionable.

Termination

The Developer may, at its sole discretion, terminate or suspend your access to the App without cause or notice at any time. The Developer may also discontinue the App or any part of it, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease, and the Developer shall not be liable for any termination or suspension.
